  • The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976. :
    Applicable when female employees appointed.
  • Shops & establishment Act :
    Applicable when 1 employees appointed. Registration needs to obtain when 10 or more employees appointed.
  • Professional Tax Act :
    Applicable when 1 employee appointed.
  • The Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923.
    Applicable when 1 or more employees appointed. No Registration required
