Penalty for obstructing Inspector or for failure to produce documents, etc
(a) For 1st offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 months, or with fine which may extend to Rs. 500, or with both; and
(b) For 2nd or subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months, or with fine which may extend to Rs.1000, or with both
Penalty for non-compliance with the direction of the direction of the Board:
(a) For 1st offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 months, or with fine which may extend to Rs. 500, or with both; and
(b) For a 2nd or subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months, or with fine which may extend to Rs.1000, or with both;

Punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months, or with fine which may extend to Rs.500, or with both.
