This Guest Writer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered between the undersigned independent author, hereafter referred to as “Author”, and Oases Technovations LLP, hereafter referred to as “Company”. The Company operates the Web site at (the “Site”).

In consideration of the covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth, Company and Author agree as follows:


Author is submitting various writings for Company to consider posting to the Site from time to time (the “Work”), which may include articles, blogs and other content. Company hereby agrees to consider posting Author’s Work on the Site or on other sites affiliated with the Company, in exchange for the rights granted to the Company hereunder by Author. It is within the sole and absolute discretion of Company as to whether or not it uses or continues to post to a Web site any of the Work, and Company may remove the Author-posted Work from its Web site or other sites affiliated with the Company at any time for any reason without notice.


The final text for the Work shall be submitted via the Company’s guest posting platform or other electronic format specified by the Company. If you have an idea for an article and want to publish it to mpowerhr, please email the entire article mentioning the article title in the subject line to OR In case you are a new user, please register yourself as contributor and after verifying your email, login to and on your dashboard you will find a link to submit / add your article which will lead you to a new article submission form, complete the form and submit it for approval and publication. If your article will be approved and published, you shall be informed via email that your article was approved and published on with a link to visit the article published page.


  • Guest Posts must be Author’s own original work that has not been published on any other website, forum, chat or social media network.
  • Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted.
  • Submissions should be kept between 200 – 800 words. Longer posts are allowed if it is necessary and relevant, but the final length of the article is decided by mpowerhr team.
  • We only consider unique content; all content must be produced exclusively for mpowerhr which has not been published elsewhere before.
  • The images in Author article, if required, should be in jpeg or png format. Don't forget to give credit to images.
  • The Article submitted by Author shall thoroughly be reviewed by the mpowerhr Editorial team before approving it for final publication. The mpowerhr reserves the right to edit and make any substantial changes for clarity, grammar, length, removal of non-relevant/redundant hyperlinks and any advertorial angles.
  • All articles submitted are subject to our review and can be rejected for any reason.
  • Once the article is published on our website then Author is not permitted to republish it anywhere else. However, including the original link to your mpowerhr article within a newly developed article is permitted. The new article may be published on any other site you wish.
  • Promote Your mpowerhr Article: We encourage our contributors to promote their articles via social media.
  • mpowerhr reserves the right to include call-to-actions to mpowerhr’ s content, including (but not limited to) email newsletters, eBooks, and other downloadable content.
  • We do not pay for submissions. If you decide to submit a post to our site, you do so with the knowledge that you shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any other compensation related to the post.


  • Company shall have the right to edit and delete portions of the Work as it determines in its sole discretion, without any approval from or notice to Author.
  • Company has the right to add to the pages containing the Work hyperlinks, boxes linking to other articles, products, or services, advertisements, and any other matter determined appropriate by the Company.


Any and all data and information concerning usage and readers of the Work shall be deemed solely owned by the Company. Any use of Company’s name or trademark(s) by Author shall require prior and written authorization from Company.


Author agrees to comply with all editorial policies of the Company established from time to time by the Company and made available to Author.


Author will not be entitled to any monetary or other compensation. Author will not be entitled to any portion of revenue if revenues are generated by Author’s Work, or any rights or equity in the Company.


Author is independent of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, as a guarantee of future employment or engagement, or as a limitation upon the Company’ sole discretion to cease using Author’s services or posting Author’s Work. Author shall provide the Company with satisfactory proof of independent status if requested.


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic Of India. The Author agrees that each provision of this Agreement shall be treated as a separate and independent clause, and the unenforceability of any clause shall in no way impair the enforceability of any of the other clauses. Data security and privacy will be under Cyber Law and Indian Law.


This Agreement supersedes and cancels any previous written, oral or implied agreement between the parties. It expresses the complete and final understanding of the parties and may not be changed in any way except in a writing signed by both parties.

By submitting a Guest Post to mpowerhr, you agree than you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by it.
